Jessica was great, and the team seemed to work hard to get a difficult repair done as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the $150 diagnostic fee apparently didn’t solve the full problem, as my Navigation/sound system/back up camera screen still works intermittently as before.
The problem must not be what they though it would be. It’s a bummer because a top line Honda Accord shouldn’t be having this problem anyway after 48 months and 45,000 miles. I drove with this problem for 3
Months fearing that the repair would be costly or unsuccessful. In this case, both fears were realized.
It was a pleasure working with Jessica, and I felt valued by y’all. But the problem still needs to be fixed, so I’ll be bringing the car back in for a second try.
