I was greeted courteously by Paul Phan at my scheduled appointment time. Before walking me inside to write up the order I brought to his attention a defective trunk panel that would not stay in place. He noted it and said the tech would inspect the issue. I received a call after dropping my Tucson off informing me it would take a little longer. He ordered the required parts to correct the defect. I was able to pick up my Tucson within the time frame suggested. Thanks for the good service!

The service writer and technician called off the day my car supposed to be ready, but apparently no one was informed to work on my car. I was without a car for two days. I called the service department twice the day it was supposed to be ready and I was just transferred to voicemail. When I went to pick up my car nothing had been done. The person covering for the service writer said that he spoke with Matthew earlier that day and he said he didn’t have anything. Luckily the person who help me on Monday offered to give me a loaner car. Overall, I was disappointed with the service. I understand that people get sick but I would have appreciated better communication, especially when I tried calling the service department.
