This is the second time I have been helped by this service advisor and I don’t feel she truly cares about the experience of her customers. I visited the dealer three months ago and was up sold a lot of work which I did have done a couple of weeks later a service light went on for another service for an oil change which I was not told anything about two weeks prior when I was there. Today when I arrived Jessica let me know I needed to have brake fluid done and I needed to have it done today I declined but I would like to know why that wasn’t mentioned when I was there previously. Overall not a lot of warmth or reason why when she’s trying to upsell product and not a very welcoming attitude. Also, I did arrive 10 mins early and sat in the service drive for nearly 10 minutes before I was greeted. Seems employees are hard to find at this large dealership.
