I am upset that I had to wait 1 hour and a half. The person that helped me was Anthony and he was a really nice person who answered my questions. Anthony told me that it would take 1 hour for the oil change when in fact it took 1 hour and a half. I was waiting and I went to look for Anthony, he had went to take his lunch break. I got upset because he didn’t inform me that he was heading out and made me wait longer when my vehicle was ready. I had to ask Brandon who told me that my vehicle was ready. I would like that next time I would be informed once my vehicle is ready and not wait longer. If I would’ve sat down and waited for Anthony I would’ve been sitting in the waiting room till he had came back from his break, which is unfair to me.

Haven’t been able to fix our car after bringing it in 3 times, was quoted $8,000 to replace an engine harness. We were told that’s just so they can start to troubleshoot it. Seems like they just don’t want to deal with it. Sad that we purchased the car here not that long ago. Won’t be back again
