I was completely satisfied with my car service today. Richard helped me to my every needs, and more. This was my first time at a Honda car dealership, and I have to say it was a great experience. Though it did take several hours to have my car completed. I brought in my car at 11am and didn’t get a call/text about my car until 3:40pm, 5 hours was a long time to wait for my car to be done. Regardless, I am still pleased with the end result. I look forward to work with Norm Reeves Superstore in the future.

The follow up was horrible. No one returned my calls or called me with updates on my car even for a day and a half. My car was not fixed and they sent me home with the issue remaining. The service was awful!

I did not get a call telling me my car is ready for pickup on the day of service. I did drop off my car at the dealership 7:45am. What is worse is that when I came to pick up my car at the dealership, the service department has been shut down. I thought it is common that someone should inform (text or call) customers cars are ready for pickup, and in the call reminding customers of the latest time for pickup.
