I bought my Accord at Norm Reeves; all of my maintenance has been done there, including buying new tires. My last scheduled maintenance was performed 30 October. Eight days later I found that my left front headlight had burned out.
I called your maintenance department to see if you could squeeze me in to make the minor repair so I could get in and out of there quickly. Your team responded (as I have always expected of Norm Reeves) with Joseph Vargas as the focal point.
I only had to wait 15 minutes to a half hour. Excellent, courteous service on the part of your team.
