Need a system when picking up a vehicle that has completed service especially when the service technician is gone for the day. I waited over 15 minutes until I finally waived down an employee to ask for help. During those 15 minutes walking in and out of the service lobby, not one employee asked if I needed assistance.

Denise was very professional yet very cordial and reassured me the service mechanics would find the source of my non-functioning windshield fluid pump. She explained as a holiday it was definately busy, and gave an estimate of time needed. She was spot on, efficient and I was on my way in a couple of hours. By the way, source of malfunction was not my Rav4, nor myself! A possum ate the hoses!
