Make the following concise the service was fast but the customer service was not good. My car was ready brought to the front to the front then taken to the back. I couldn't get anyone to hand me my keys. When I finally got my car keys the car was nowhere to be found where I was told it would be. Getting my vehicle felt like I was inconviniecing the service staff.

Robert took my case on when another assistant (I think Billie) was seemingly too busy and/or uninterested in helping me with the issue I was having with my new car which was under warranty. Robert had an idea as to what the issue was, took my car in under early bird without issue (other assistant was hesitant to do so.) and offered a rental should I need it while the other assistant flat out refused to accommodate when asked.
