Team members are Honda are no help. I was waiting for a call to get an update with what was going on with my vehicle I waited 2 hours before i received a text messages stating my car was ready when in fact it was not. Turns out the cap under the hood was deformed and not in place” there words . Mind you I got my oil Change a week ago and did not have any problems with my car scratching. I asked them if they can remove the part because it was dangerous to drive with it dragging and when I seen the part in looked way more damaged then when I brought it in I have pictures but doesn’t give me the option to attach them. I let them know I was on my way back from orange country and while on the fwy something flew off a car and I couldn’t avoid it and hit the bottom of my car. The technician literally said I hit something to hard as it was my fault and I did not like that I clearly told them what happen and they are quick to blame customers.

I came from Los Angeles area to have a bite with my inlaws. I was told the truck should be done in an hour or hour and a half. After an hour and a half went by, I looked at the driveway to see the truck had been serviced and parked in the driveway. 15 minutes later, I received a call that the inlaws had made it to the restaurant. I approached one of the other service reps only to find mine had left the shop and the rep said they were really busy. I was told I would be notified by the app.15 minutes later, I get a call from a different rep. After waiting two hours and seeing my truck sitting for almost 30 minutes, I hurried to make my payment, forgetting to hand the rep my 15% coupon. You can only imagine what my conversation revolved around when we finally met up with the inlaws. Arggg
