He’s always upbeat, has a smile on his face and is great with keeping me in the loop while my car is in the shop as well as sharing information and giving me options. Today he went above and beyond. It’s been a really bad month financially for me and I was taking aback by how much todays issue was going to cost. He was able to give me a discount (that I didn’t ask for) that helped tremendously. I was disappointed that my son came in for an oil change and the person that assisted him lead him to believe that it was necessary to also replace the brake fluid, which was not a necessity. It was a recommendation. He did not inform my son properly and was misleading. My son is young and he’s trying to maintain his own vehicle and I find this very disheartening.. I don’t feel safe at this establishment any longer, and we will no longer be servicing our cars at Norm Reves Honda.
