Alex Almanzar provided excellent customer service. He explained in detail what services my vehicle would need. He wasn't aggressive in trying to get me to do service. He did the opposite and explained why I needed the service and the ramifications if I didn't do the service. Now THAT is a the right way. I did not have that same experience when I went to the Long Beach Honda last time. I can assure you that I will be coming back to this location, and it is due to the excellent service Alex Almanzar provided.
