My service was excellent. My contact regarding my car being ready was timely; however I called for nearly an hour to get a shuttle ride back to Toyota dealer. I would have appreciated being able to get a real person on the phone instead of voice mails. I waited too long for the response and contact regarding a shuttle being on the way. I also ran 10-15 mins early for my 11:15 appointment and had to wait until 11:20 to hand my keys to the attendant. Otherwise I had good service at a fair price. Thank you

My service experience with Adrian was very good. He was very accommodating in assisting me with my technical questions. He made sure I was satisfied with his assistance in between his busy time assisting other customers. When I challenged him if the work order for my car was done properly, without hesitation he replied that dealership service is excellent! My bad experience with the service department was extremely bad and I caught them off guard for charging me for the service NOT DONE! Spreen Honda Loma Linda! My latest two Hybrid Honda were purchased at Norm Reeves West Covina! Very professional employees!
