Got the recall done, they were unable to do it when I brought the car in previously and was supposed to get a call. Never got a call. This service was great!

My service was excellent. My contact regarding my car being ready was timely; however I called for nearly an hour to get a shuttle ride back to Toyota dealer. I would have appreciated being able to get a real person on the phone instead of voice mails. I waited too long for the response and contact regarding a shuttle being on the way. I also ran 10-15 mins early for my 11:15 appointment and had to wait until 11:20 to hand my keys to the attendant. Otherwise I had good service at a fair price. Thank you
