I hated my experience with the service center so much that even when I was told my car was ready I was given my key with an attitude about to pull off and they said they needed to put lug nuts on my car what if I had drove off what would have happened and my appointment was at 11:00 am I didn’t leave until 1:50 pm that was so crazy and when I spoke to Justin he didn’t seem to care I should’ve been apologized to or offered something license plate frame or something but I won’t be back

My wife brought her 2022 Outback in for service today. The report stated that the battery test failed and needed to be replaced for nearly $400. This battery is only 9 months old, so we declined, and took the battery back to where we purchased it and had them re-test it, where I know the techs and trust them. They said the battery is completely fine and doesn’t need to be replaced. The report also stated an urgent need for a $130 alignment, despite the other final report coming back with no alignment issues. To top it off, it recommends a cabin air filter replacement because it is “dirty,” when in reality it is a brand new filter that I installed not too long ago. It is gray colored because it’s a carbon filter, so I’m not sure if the tech just didn’t look carefully enough to see that. The tires reporting as needing replacement I completely agree with, and had already planned to do that soon. But all those other items together, especially the battery being reported as bad when it’s new and tested fine with a trusted shop, really isn’t confidence inspiring in whoever actually serviced the car. I’m not sure if the battery was just flagged because the car is 3 years old or what, but either way, I’m not very impressed in the experience today. It comes across as negligence in reporting at best, and an active attempt to scam the customer at worst.

I got lucky and the Toyota mechanic agreed with the same cause of my truck problem as a private mechanic. So now I will take this information to Toyota Corporate and request Toyota to pay for the repairs. The Toyota CSR told me that Toyota mechanic must reach same conclusion as private mechanic before Toyota would consider paying for repairs

I purchase a new corolla this year and one Day I realized that the windshield spray is not spraying to the windshield but to the roof, the problem was not solved and, they make me wait more than 3 hours, with the car parked outside the shop, and they give me the car until I ask.

John Le was fantastic. Engaged and communicative. However, with my vehicle having a fuel pump (recall), I would have appreciated knowing a gas smell would be present post service. Obviously it’s worrisome to have your garage filled with gas fumes and not knowing if this is okay. And to Norm Reeves, run my car through the washer after services. You look cheap and not appreciative of your customers.
