Andrew was excellent. I was waiting and he told me it would be about 1.5 hours. It took less than 30 minutes. Everything good. But then it took 30 more minutes to get my car. My car had a second car parked in front of it and they could not find the keys. So overall I would give this visit a 3.

In describing a rat nest in the cabin airway the tech said debris could “fall into the fan, causing noise and potential damage.” The filter is super eSy to replave and stops debris from hitting the fan. The real problem is an entryway. I declined knowing that blocking out rats is the issue i needed to resolve. Clearing the mess is the easy part.
Otherwise, super experience. WAY better than Hoehn. I recommend it.

The service rep that helped me today Mike Holbrook and the mechanic that looked at my car is the reason I will be coming back to this dealership for service. When this dealership first opened in Vista, I tried going there and didn’t like the way that I was treated and never went back.
