Miguel did not offer excellent customer service. This was the first time I’ve experienced this lack of communication regarding my vehicle service. It was two hours and I had to hunt him down for information on my car and even then he did not have any information. He blamed it on how busy it was and it was minister than any other time I have been there. I didn’t get my vehicle until the very end of the day. Even at the end of the day when he called me to pick up my vehicle, he still sounded unsure as to what had been fixed or needed to be fixed. He may be new and just learning and if so he needs much more coaching and shadowing of more seasoned advisors.
