I appreciate all the assistance. Adrian did on my car. I had been taking my car to four other Honda dealers closer to my home, but when I took my car to Norm Reeves of West Covina, which I purchased three years ago, Adrian informed me that many of the services were overdue and I was in complete surprise how the other previous Honda dealers didn’t catch that so for my safety, I did all the work that Adrian suggested and I’m very happy and will always take my car to Norm Reeves of West Covina, even though it. Is out of my way from home. Service was outstanding !

I dropped off my vehicle for general maintenance and a technical issue with my in car entertainment system. The maintenance was completed but the technical issue went unresolved as I was told they did a software update but did not check if my issue was resolved.
