Worst service advisor respectful communication, organization and responsiveness I’ve ever experienced in my entire life of owning a vehicle (44 years) with a wide variety of companies Chevrolet, Subaru, Ford, Mercedes, and Jaguar).
I went from working with Rosalina back in January of this year and recommending Norm Reeves service dept as a 10/10 and todays experience with a different service advisor and the poor organization and Irresponsible communication she displayed as a 0/10 with no trust in her. or her

communication between service department and body shop is lacking. i had called the service department to ask if they would accept my car being towed there. after it was towed i got a call from the body shop - they only knew to contact me because i had done previous service and were not aware that i had called and got approval to have the car towed. when the car got handed from service back to the body shop i received a misleading email asking to pick up my car when it was just an internal transfer. the departments are acting as if they were different companies, please change this.
