This is not the first time I had Valerie as my service rep
I appreciate that she understands my being too picky with the care of my car. I had coupons emailed to me from your dealer but she saw it was not VIN of my car! So I was unable to use and she offered your online discount of $5 off but when my car was done and I was ready to pay she gave me additional $5 off which really helps and is much appreciated.
So far so good my car is returned not messy as I open my hood and check as well as all around my car. Apart from your knowledgeable technicians, I see they care for customers vehicles too.
