I give the entire service department a big 10+ I applaud the service manager for hiring such amazing young people who go above and beyond to help out your custoners ???? On Tuesday I went in to get my car serviced, Candice was on her lunch and Louie jumped in to cover for her and I didnt have to wait at all awesome teamwork, thank you Louie . Andres was the best service Rep I’ve ever dealt with BAR NONE
He was very helpful and empathetic with me throughout the whole ordeal,my truck spent 3 MONTHS in your shop and Andres would contact me EVERY WEEK to at least tell me to hang in there because the warranty company was dragging its feet,he is the reason why I didn’t loose my mind all this time.
