I had an 8:30 AM appointment for routine service and agreed to a few additional services recommended by my advisor, Ramiro Montes. I also made it clear that I would be waiting for the vehicle. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting over 3.5 hours with no communication or updates. Normally when I bring my car in, I receive a text with progress updates and a link showing the status of the service and any additional recommendations. This time, I did not receive any communication for the first three hours. I tried calling Ramiro directly but couldn’t be reached, so I had to contact the main operator just to get an update. Only after that did he finally send the service link with recommended items. By that point I was already frustrated after waiting so long without any information. To make matters worse, after picking up my car I noticed that the auto setting on my A/C is no longer working properly, which was not an issue before the service visit. Appointments should be respected, and basic communication during a long service wait should be standard. This experience was disappointing. I would appreciate if someone from service management could follow up with me regarding this visit and Ill be going in tomorrow for the new A/C issue.

Estimated wait time I was given was 2-2.5 hours, instead I had to wait 4 hours. Upon checkout I had to ask for all paperwork to justify the charges. Did not receive the complimentary car wash token, I also had to remind them upon receipt. Trash was left in my car. When I tried to depart dealership was boxed in all sides - had to ask for them to move cars.
