John was very helpful and answered all our questions even if we kept asking again. I really appreciate that he helped us with finding out about the coverage we had purchased reassuring us that we did buy extra warranty on our vehicle . I never wanted to return here for my past experience with the last person we dealt with . John made us feel welcome and again very patient making sure our vehicle was back up and running . As a parent who relies on there vehicle to run perfectly he made our life’s so much easier because of John will be back and definitely recommend with our Honda family members to come and maintenance there Vehicles here and ask for him . You guys got a good person working for your company he cares not a lot

Let me start this review by saying, Mr. David Ochoa fully exceeded any and all my expectations. This respectful & very knowledgeable being restored my faith in Honda. I’ve had issues with my 2018 Civic from 2021 and on and I swore I would never buy a Honda again. David single handedly changed my opinion. He was absolutely great, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get my car repaired within a timely manner. I’m not sure what else to say other than I will not be going back unless David is there to assist. This man deserves a raise ASAP because he’s a gem.

The wait with an appointment for an oil change is insane. Appt. At 11:00 my car was ready approximately over 3 hours later. Joseph Vargas helped me however, it would be nice that he develops listening skills, looking at speaker and answering questions and not speaking to me as if I am not taking care of my car. He stated, “You need to start doing other services other than oil changes to your car.” It was the tone, not inviting to return to norm reeves, get as if he was my father speaking to me. Yuk, I asked him to look at my records I do other services but I don’t drive my car much to need services. He needs to be retrained in customer service.
