Michael did an excellent job handling our service. The two recalls were completed early and the car was ready by ay about 2pm.we were unable to pick up the car until 5pm. We were on our way to dinner with family. When I arrived I found the car unwashed and it was quite dirty from the rain we had last week. The gentleman retrieving the car for us noticed I was a little unhappy and offered to get it washed but we didn't have time at that point. It could have been completed in the 3 hours it Sat there. Just a bit disappointed since your team normally doesn't miss a beat with our other Honda.

I didn’t get service on my car and my Rep Aaron Perez wasn’t a great rep for me. I waited for about 5 hours just for my car to be sitting in the lot and the service guy left on an emergency. My rep Aaron Perez didn’t notify me with this information so this whole time I was waiting in my car it didn’t even get serviced, who he’d cased me to reschedule for a week later.
