Nancy is very helpful and she did a good job. My concern is the diagnosis of the technicians. Because before they fixed the recall there is no problem with the car. After the fixing the car jerked and all warning lights flashed.. and they said it was the fuel injector’s and missed fire. Thinking about it why it’s all sudden. The car is new 2024. I’m a technical person too I replaced my 2016 Honda pilot 6 fuel injector’s and I did it in 2 hrs. But they said only 1 injector and they took 2 days to replace it… I didn’t experience loss of power before they serviced the car… I hope it’s not a wrong diagnosis.
