Benito was wonderful as always! I came in for an oil change and upon checking in, he recommended I also take care of my brake fluid and transmission fluid. He thoughtfully explained the importance of making sure those fluids are taken care of, but he also explained that I can wait until my next oil change. I agreed to the oil change along with filling my brake, transmission, and AWD fluids. I can confidently say Benito did a wonderful job in his suggestions because right after the maintenance was done, and I drive home, the difference in which my car operated was satisfying! During my appointment, Benito kept me updated and the maintenance itself was efficient! Overall, Norm Reeves Honda is my go to dealership, and I cannot recommend it enough!
