Q is top notch! He did well in making sure I had a way to get home and ensured me my car would be done by noon. When I returned he answered my question about something that had broken in my car and checked to see if it was still under warranty to get fixed. He made sure there was always a solution or answer for what I needed and didn’t dismiss it. I even saw him ensuring the costumer after me that he would be with them right when he was done helping which I appreciated for both myself and the next customer. Thank you, Q!
