I appreciate the communication and speediness of the service that I needed. Not only did Cerritos Honda admit it was their mistake for the error codes on my vehicle. I was provided a complimentary oil change and engine bay wash.
This is the reason I switched from Nissan, who I was with for 14 years.
I appreciate the effort of the Honda service team.
