Thanks to the sub service advisor for Luis. He help connect the Auto android connection to the Honda crv. It has never worked consistently since the time of leasing,then purchase. I have been trying all along to reconnect it. More so the pastv3 was. Including today waiting for Honda svc. I'm extremely happy,because it's an inconvenience not having access. Thank you to the sub service rep. He was very helpful and resolved it.

she is the most pleasant service representative I’ve ever had. I got in there just at the right time as a walk in unfortunately just hit it to the exact time that there was no one waiting and I could get right in and she saw to that.
I was on a severe time restraint and I was able to get in and out less than 40 minutes, unbelievable. she is a terrific ambassador for Norm Reeves.

This was my first time bringing my car in for service. Everything was great except the wait time. I scheduled an appointment and still the wait time was three hours. I also had a concern with the plastic near the window was bent and the representative who helped said I should bring it up next time I bring my car in for service.
