The vehicle service took longer than estimate during the writeup. The service attendant Ramiro,never communicated with me regarding the status of the vehicle. After I asked about the vehicle, I was told the attendant had gone home already. Robert was left responsible for my vehicle. I waited for him finish his social conversation but he never addressed me. Another service attendant Braulio, who seemed busy with paperwork stopped what he was doing to help me.

Me siento feliz con ellos porque unos días antes había llevado la troca ahí mismo con Miguel Cabrera y no recibí la ayuda que necesitaba me esperé más de 8 horas y nunca encontraron el problema cuando claramente le dije a Miguel lo que pasaba .
