Trevor Rodriguez was awesome to work with. There was an issue with a cracked spark plug that had me bring my car back the next day, and I had to get a rental from Enterprise for a couple of days while they repaired it. But Trevor took great care of me & helped to make the situation right in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Trevor to anybody looking for a service advisor

I had an appointment for 11am. Showed up 5 mins early and was greeted and the wait was about an hour long. After about an hour and a half I noticed my car parked outside and 2 people that had came in after me had left already. I asked how much longer and they responded with “about 15-20 min” after going outside and checking on it. Then is when I saw someone get in my car and move it inside to finally be worked on. It didn’t seem like that busy of a day; but my question is why do I have to make an appointment if I’m still going to be waiting 2 hours for a 20 min service?

Overall the service was poor from accepting my car up to releasing and need to go back to the service area and to see again alex rodriguez and complaing that there is a thing that drop beneathy engine and he did nothing about it , i know when he i submit my car there is nothing hanging on under the engine Alex said tjat they check my shield under my engine and didn’t put it back
