Yvette was probably the best service rep I’ve had at Norm Reeves since 2003. Soon after buying my Accord I found two plastic parts that were just lying under the seats. She remembered to write it up and the mechanic knew what they were and re-fastened them. She forgot one thing but when I mentioned it she got the mechanics to temporarily fix a splash guard and then she wrote me an estimate for parts and labor. Presto, she was right on it. She’s a keeper and maybe a candidate for advancement. Of course I don’t know her like you do. But she may keep me coming there after warranty. Thanks.

Very disappointed with today’s experience. A simple standard oil change service involved a wait of more than 4 hours. I have brought my Tacoma to you for service since I’ve owned it, and this type of service takes an hour, to 90 minutes max. This wait time was not well communicated. When I spoke to the service advisor approx 3 1/2 hours after check in, your team had only just started to drain the oil. Furthermore, i was disappointed with the ‘up-sell’ approach where your service advisor was pushing to include an alignment in the service. I asked if there was uneven wear on my tires, and he agreed there was not ……. So the approach changed from ‘Toyota recommends’ to ‘precautionary’. This does not build confidence with me. Actually the contrary. And finally, I now see that I was charged for tire rebalancing rather than the usual rotation. I did not ask for this, there was no vibration that would be indicative of an imbalance. So all in all, a very disappointing experience and unfortunately I’ve lost trust in your team and will look elsewhere for future service work. Sorry, I’m not usually a ‘complainer’ but for me this was bad. Your service advisor gave a small discount on the invoice, but it really doesn’t offset my disappointment. Thanks….. Simon
