Excellent experience all around. Robert Gonzalez and everyone at Norm Reeves Honda were great. I was very impressed by the older man who looked like actor John Goodman. I returned to your facility during the lunch hour and he helped me find a advisor and get on the road. I usually take our Hondas to Downey world service but moving forward, we will seek service at Norm Reeves. Thank you for allowing me to share my opinion.

The service was great, however after my service the back seat wasn't fully snapped back in and I was concerned that the clamps. The clamps were okay I was able to snap the backseat back on. This would have been a safety issue if I had passengers in the back. The overall service was fine just quality check the car next time.
