Didn’t like how the workers and the Manager treated me. Belittle me and was just rude. I don’t think I’ll do services with this specific location.

Hi Jessica,
My name is Jerome and I brought in my car last night for an oil change. It was done earlier expected which was awesome. However, upon retrieving my car and opening the door there was an audible noise.
I went back inside and spoke to Jess who informed me that there were no managers on duty and then referred me to her fellow service advisor who met me outside after he was finished with his customer. He was able to determine the pinch point between the door and the fender/ side skirt and adamantly denied any wrong doing.
I did not bring my vehicle in with damage to the door/fender/side skirt and as you can see in the photos fresh paint is being taken off.
I was informed that you are aware of the situation and would be calling me however I'm not sure if my issue was properly communicated or if my information was provided.
