I brought my 2025 CRV Hybrid in for the steering gearbox service recall. Clayton greeted me and got my vehicle checked in. He provided me with an estimated time of completion and I told him that I would wait at the dealership. I was extremely pleased that the service was done in about an hour-on top of that, I found that the technician was also able to perform the inspection for the fuel pump service recall!
