Louie was great. The only thing that would’ve made me 100% satisfied was having my car charged. I guess I can consider the fact that my gas tank doesn’t get filled when I take my gas powered vehicle but at the same time the dealership has a charger but not a built in gas station. I also miss the visits when cars would get vacuumed and even washed. I got into a car with an unknown water bottle that wasn’t mine in my cup holder. Can’t complain if it’s free.

I am uncertain that the work was even completed in my vehicle. I brought my 2023 Honda in for a recall. I was spoken to quite rudely when asking why I was skipped in line. Then, my car was kept for a mere 20 minutes. I don’t believe anything was actually done and was given an unsigned and un-dated certificate of completion. This was a terrible experience and possibly a fraudulent service completion.

As soon as I drive up , your team has a smile and the come and ask me to kindly wait for someone to check me in . The are one of my highlights. Also Clayton Einck has helped me in 2 occasions and is always so kind and helpful . He explained the maintenance done to my car thoroughly and I did have a little issue when I left the dealership. The tire pressure sensor came on and I called back and sure enough Clayton Einck answered and was able to walk me through resolving the issue. He is a great team member.
