waiting time for check in was long. my tire warning still persisted upon receiving back my car after service, had to calibrate it myself.

My appointment was at 1:20pm I requested only engine oil change and they finish my car at 5:30 PM , I was scheduled my appointment today before and I was late two hours and they refused to serve me and they asked me to reappointment to another day so it’s OK for them to take five hours to do my car and it’s not OK for me to be late two hours and also they do tire rotation and they did not put the cover on my tire , I lost one day of my work waiting for oil change that’s ridiculous , I think they have guys they don’t understand how it works. They really need a training. I went to Toyota dealership and I did my transformation. Oil change. I can to imagine they finish my car in 30 minutes. But at HONDA, it takes an hour so if you wanna change your oil, you need to cancel everything for this day. Because they are really don’t understand what he doing. Even’s advisor he refuses to help me out stating we have a lot of cars and I can just get you in , I told him that I came yesterday two hours late and I have all day and you guys refused to serve me he said yes you’re gonna have to come and wait for your car to get served. That’s what we have. That was really rude. I really want my concern to be follow up. I doubt somebody will follow up with me. Because is really make me mad that Toyota dealership so much better than Honda. ????

Work was completed ahead of schedule couldn’t be more pleased about the quality of work. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained in detail what was going on I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process.

Manny was very attentive to our needs. He made sure we got the best care. He was very efficient and had great customer service.

I was helped by Andrew Sharma and let me tell you it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!!! He went on and beyond to get my repair approved not only did he save me money but made me realize why Honda West Covina is my fav!! He’s great knowledgeable,patient and very respectful I’ve been helped in the past by good cyst service reps there at Honda but non like Andrew he’s simply awesome
