Well, I didn't get all my tires rotated. The excuse was " we didn't have the right tool to get one of the tires off.
You guys should have every kind of unlocking socket to do that? For $4,400.00 bucks you sure don't get a "full service plan. I have never gotten my car washed, like the last guy I talked to when I paid cash. Very disappointed to find out I was just "another brick in your wall". Question, how do you only tow rotate one side of a car?

I came in with a pre-owned f150 i bought recently. for a tpms sensor that went out and you offered to cover it. which is fantastic and appreciated. the first appointment scheduled was for a saturday. Apparently your pre-owned service team doesn't even work on saturday?! Next appointment i was forced to cancel due to weather. The next one was made for 7AM. SEVEN. No one is there to look at it until 8?! 8 am rolls around. Then 9. then 930. I ask whats going on. "Oh they're looking at it now". so thats 2.5 hours after i arrived. I'm then told itll take until NOON for two tpms sensors. A 15 to 30 minute job. I get a call around 1230 finally. And now the shuttle driver is out to lunch. He did not end up calling me until i finally got an uber myself. This was at 13:20.
Overall, this was one of the single worst service experiences I've ever had. Truly disappointed. And I'll never be doing business with Norm Reeves again.
