My car still needs repair that was already paid for, but my Honda contact Arbenz has failed to respond to my text messages. I was told to pick up my car on Tuesday at 8:30am and tried to confirm it was completed with Arbenz and he did not respond. I called and another member of your service team told me my car was ready. When I arrived at 8:50am my car was brought out missing the door handle/cap that I was told would be installed. This is after my car was in for maintenance last week and I was told there were no issues that needed to be addressed immediately and that driving it over the weekend would be ok. It was not. My car stalled out while driving with a baby in the car. I am so dissatisfied i would prefer to never return to your service center, but I already paid for the repair on my door. Please have someone else, not Arbenz reach out to me to
Schedule the door repair. I will not be leaving my car there and would like it done with urgency at the time of drop off. Your service department has wasted enough of my time already and I am fed up.

I was told the oil change I got would take and hour which was fine. I waited over an hour and had to flag down my service rep who was very busy and they weren’t aware that the mechanics had finished services on my car. I could’ve left sooner if there wasn’t an issue in communication with the service team.

Luis was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service time was well communicated and they stuck to it. They went above and beyond to keep us updated and really feeling like a priority. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
