I was upset because I needed to speak to any service advisor before any work was to be approved or completed on my car. It was impossible to speak to anyone. It took hours and I finally had to drive to Toyota in order to find out about work that was done to my car. Everything was text or voice message and not coordinated. It all worked out after I arrived. The system needs to change.

Kevin was super friendly and also super efficient - and that is incredibly difficult to do! I will be back again next time I need service just on the basis of how Kevin took care of me, getting me a shuttle home and an Uber back, letting me know where the lattes were... he's great!
