I was completely satisfied with the work that was done to my car. I dropped it off and headed to the mall for a bit of shopping, meanwhile my car was being serviced and taken care of. When I returned my car was already done and service was on point. I couldn’t had of asked for better service. Mr Miguel Cabrera was outstanding and understandable to my needs. Please, please, please thank Mr Miguel Cabrera for me. I am truly grateful for such handling of my vehicle. Mr Cabrera is very admirable and he definitely knows how to satisfy a customers vehicle. I definitely look forward to seeing him again and praying that my car can get serviced by him and his amazing team of personnel.

Edward was very kind and helpful, one of my tires needed to be patched up due to a puncture my tire pressure warning light came on as I was driving home, I turned my SUV around and headed straight for Norm Reeves, I wasn’t sure if they would have time to check my tire; because I arrived 30 minutes before the service department was about to close, but Edward took my SUV and checked air pressure and discovered that my back tire needed patching. Suffice it to say it was done rather quickly and I was out of there 10 minutes before closing. Edward was very kind. This is fourth time going to Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach and each time I was there everyone in service department is so kind, helpful and friendly. You guys are the best! Thank you so much. ☺️
