I was very happy with the service! They even found another software update so I did not have to make another appt in the future. Very satisfied with the service. As far as the updates, my car is still under warranty. Not happy if I had to pay if it was not. I bought a new car to not have problems this early. It is only 1 year old:(. I brag on Subaru but have to think twice about that in the future. Just being honest from a previous Toyota and Honda owner. I hope I can still brag about Subaru in the future.

I called several weeks ago regarding an email stating that my car was due for service. The representative said I didn’t have any due until August. Then I got another email saying maintenance was due and called again and got told the same thing that nothing was due until August. A week later the car’s notification system comes on that I need service. So I took the car in for the oil change and was told I needed an engine filter change and the transmission fluid flushed amounting to approximately $300. Which I didn’t have done at the time. Then on the safety inspection checklist both items showed the didn’t need work done yet.

It was very frustrating that you continued to reach out to me and my car was not in the shop even after I continued to advise that you have the wrong phone number associated to the service ticket. It clearly shows the service is for Omar and I am Paul. At one point I was able to see Omar information for phone number and email. As a previous customer it is very concerning of the personal information shared via voice mails received and various text messages left. Could be reasons to continue not to come back.

Manny treated me well. The only issue was that I had 4 new tires installed and one of the rims was scratched up and the tires were showing a whitish film. I took in my car clean and just ask that you give it back clean especially when the product being installed is new. Probably due to working fast which is appreciated but just take that extra Honda care to finish off the job. Thank you.
