Everything went great while having car check out due to alarm issue. Unfortunately when I arrived home car would not start due to alarm so I called you guys you gave me tow# had car towed back to you hank you and asked to disconnect alarm or removed thank you for doing that. Car alarm for me is no good or flawed unreliable car no longer has alarm do not trust your alarm. Thank you Adrian for helping me

I needed a left running light replacement, it was ordered but the wrong side (right) was delivered. As it turns out the right running light also had a little condensation so the technician replaced the right running light. I also had some recommended work done on my Kona. So now I need to come back to get the left running light replaced. This repair is taking a much longer time than I expected. Plus the wait time to get things repaired is over 3 + hours each visit.
