It was an oil check change, they took longer than what they had said then they didn’t even bother calling me or texting me that my car was ready. I had to come looking for them to ask if my car was ready. I also asked for prices on suggested work my car needs. He seemed in a hurry and bothered, he just hand wrote the cost of each item my car needs. This is the first time this has happened. Usually everybody is willing, tentative and helpful
