Service was fine. The shuttle service definitely needs some attention. Service was finished at 230 and it took an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick me up then an additional 30 min to get to the dealership after another pick up.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change over the phone and was given a one hour estimate. Arrived and wait time spontaneously escalated to 3hr+. Bare minimum I expected a complete and thorough service to account for the time allocated. Multi-point inspection and tire inspection was not complete. When I brought this up to a service technician, he tried to sell me an air filter service. Lastly this thriving business provides no refreshments claiming "recent events" aka COVID...

The service representative Jesse was polite, friendly and helpful. That norm Reeves Honda would repair a flaw for free was an unexpected treat. The restrooms are very clean floor. People would come up politely and not hassle me just to look at the floor models of Honda cars, which are outstanding to say frankly The soda pot machine prices were fair. The Honda T-shirts were overpriced. I thought it was chilly today and that I would look at a pullover to buy if I got really cold but when I saw the price, I said no way, maybe get a contractor to do lower priced clothing merchandise with Honda symbols That I got a check up for my car and a recommendation for future breaks was very helpful and surprising that my safety and my happiness with performance of my car was done for me by the service department. I can’t speak highly enough of Norm Reeves Honda I live in Rancho Bernardo. The drive is pretty long But very worth it. Thank you very much Norm Honda.
