I had a great experience working with Alex at Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach. I brought in my Honda CR-V Hybrid for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, along with a full inspection, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Alex was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and transparency. Overall, everything was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend asking for Alex if you’re bringing your vehicle in!

I rarely give bad reviews the first time, but when you specifically ask a direct question and it is answered you expect that it be the right answer. It is very easy to go check for yourself. I had specifically asked if the car had been washed and if it had been checked. When I got to my vehicle not only had the car not been washed and the dash reset to its functionality the car was actually dirtier than when I left it. Then when I called and texted No response. So my first experience with your service department is a grade of F. I expect to hear back from someone by tomorrow morning.

Julie was so exceptional and very knowledgeable with my requested service. She provided me a loaner that was awesome because my car would not be ready for few days due to required services done in my car. She was on top of everything and I was informed eloquently. There were lots of services that were done in my car which led to one of the services need to be redone but we already made an arrangement for ne to return on a later date. Overall experience was splendid.

My experience with Enrique was frustrating. I felt talked down to and that my concerns were not taken seriously. When I shared past experiences, I felt interrogated rather than supported. He was dismissive and condescending throughout the entire check I process. When I inquired about the warranty, he brushed it off and said “we get paid either way so why would we overcharge you”. I would expect a higher level of professionalism, empathy, and clear communication from a service advisor.

Sal has been helping me out with my vehicle the past several years, and I can’t believe not say enough great things. He always makes sure I’m taken care of, and my vehicle is back to me and running smoothly as quickly as possible! This time is was a warranty claim, and I have to say… it was really nice to drop it off and leave without paying a dime. Sal made it all go flawlessly. We’ll miss him when he moves!

Karina was absolutely amazing and handled my situation well. I have a breathalyzer in my car and she did not make me feel uncomfortable about it or make any comments. She was able to move me through the line to the front to get my in and out. She also came and checked on me at the end, fast, simple and easy.

I commend the excellent service of the service manager, as well as the entire team. Because of the issue with my car, the service manager saw to it that my car was serviced even though they were under staffed, and I didn’t have an appointment, which is required for Saturdays.

I am so fed up of this dealership, they continue to screw up my information on my car. No wonder the service technician who helped me could not see my service plan. Time and time again I have told them to delete a vehicle from my name because I did not purchase and never owned a psecons pilot. I get home to see the vin number on my paperwork does not match my actual vehicle. So tired of the lack of professionalism. I was told the last time I had this mix up that the vehicle would be removed and yet here I am dealing with this same issue.

I took my car in for a tired changed because it had a bubble and and the light of tired inside turned on picked up the car at 3 pm the next day the light of the tired turned on again saying to check all tired pressure
