Didn’t like his attitude. Tried to push 50k service when I only wanted an oil change. Wouldn’t help with a quote from the body shop to fix a panel on my door. Said I would need to take it on my own time. Wouldn’t order me an uber to work because it was 12 miles instead of 10.

Richard was my service guy. I just started my truck for the first time since I brought it to him to change my oil and change the filters. And now there is an orange engine light on my truck that was never there before!!! He was trying to sell me $1200 in services my truck didn’t need yet now there is a check engine light. He was so amazing. Compared to my first visit. I had an issue with the back door that it wasn't hatching properly and the first person that assisted me just told me that it was just normal and refused to do anything. I left very disappointed with my experience. But with Michael he really addressed the issue so professionally that it well definitely make 3go back for any additional services.
