Jorge was extremely welcoming and listened attentively to our concerns about the AC not working properly. He mentioned that a recall existed which would be addressed at the same time. He took the time to explain the paperwork before asking us to authorize the repairs. Later in the afternoon, we received a phone call from Jorge updating us on the repairs. Didn’t communicate to me that the alignment couldn’t be done till 1 PM and after waiting 2.5 hours couldn’t find her anywhere and got someone else to find out what was going on. I waited a whole extra hour thinking the alignment was being done and they wouldn’t even start it until 1 PM. Disgusted, I requested my vehicle, paid for my 2.5 hour oil change and left. It took another 15 mins waiting to get my car back. I am going to Jiffy Lube next time where it’s cheaper and not run by clowns.
