I’m kind of disappointed because when they maybe were checking out the system, my phone got knocked out. Somebody else’s name is on it. Also my XM radio stations are all gone. I haven’t checked anything else out, but I need to get that dealt with cause things aren’t working.

Norm Reeves' alignment report shows why the wheel alignment performed there is off and feels off.
The Rear Left Camber Toe was left out of Specified Range, so the Rear Cross Camber is out of range. I was told this could not be changed, but it has never been my experience with previous alignments.
This needs to be corrected.
