As a lifelong Honda customer,I’m completely shocked and dismayed that the service department let my daughter drive away without fixing her car . Imagine my confusion when it was suggested I am responsible for a $190 “first” diagnostic fee after having been encouraged to purchase a $2500.00 extended service contract at point of sale. It was afterwards suggested that I pay an additional $688 for further diagnostic testing, without any confirmation the work would be covered. What exactly is the point of the extended warranty?
My vehicle has not been repaired and I have lost faith in the integrity of the dealership.
