Michael Barr’s customer service personality focused on me, the customer. He made eye contact with me and made me feel he was interested why I was bringing my car in. Michael is friendly assuring me that they would identify the problem.
I brought my car in last week for a system update. Michael was my service advisor and I liked his customer service personality.
I would recommend him to others who need to take their car to Norm Reeves Cerritos.

Someone had their lunch in my car and I just had my car detailed and they left a mess on the drivers mat and my car was done around 11:00ish am and I saw it parked in the same spot until they told me it was done at 1:45 pm.It would be nice if they notified you when your car was done and not almost 3 hours later.

Q Holt was great. All is well with him and explained well the diagnostics and recommendations. I was not happy waiting from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm for a wheel alignment that can be done in an hour. It must be a busy day for Toyota but I hope they mange their priorities and organize their schedule for people not to be waiting half of their day. I understand my total amount to pay is only $140 vs. those who have more to pay. I’m disappointed with the long time waiting.
